ACTLAP TECH Canada is a collaborative initiative of ACTLAP Canada and Bleneson Group. The Consortium is a Technical Industry for IT/ICT and hands-on technical productivity with specific focus on digital technology, assembling and refurbishing. This industrial creativity frame work of ACTLAP that is concerned with the development and inventions of new technology to bridge the gap between Africa and the rest of the world.

The subsidiary is also involved in the production of ACTLAP PHONE, TAB, and ACTLAP LUMIGON T3 amongst others. ACTLAP being a Microsoft certified refurbishing associate is responsible for all the technical framework required in this initiative, while Bleneson Group fosters the financial and administrative mechanism required in facilitating the consortium operations to an extent.
